The DDL-150 is a diffuse dome light with a 140 mm viewing area designed for reading barcode, imperfections/rounded/highly reflective products or for inspecting products with an even, uniform, and repeatable light intensity. The DDL-150 has been designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. The DDL-150 features Multi-Drive^™, which allows the user to operate the light in continuous operation or OverDrive^™ strobe mode, depending on the wiring method. NPN and PNP trigger signal input and a built-in 1-10VDC analog intensity control allows for maximum versatility. The industry-standard 5-pin M12 connector makes for easy installation.

The LZEW300 is a SmartVisionLink^TM-enabled washdown linear light. With the addition of the BTM-1000 Bluetooth module, the LZEW300 can be wirelessly adjusted for intensity levels. Connect the LZEW300 in a series of up to six lights through daisy-chain, to create a total of 18 independently controllable lighting zones.

Smart Vision Lights LTF Linear Light with Tunable Field of View

The LTF (Linear Tunable Field Of View) series (patent pending), a SmartVisionLink^TM-enabled light, features three independently adjustable beam angle lighting channels. When used with the BTM-1000 Bluetooth accessory* and the SmartVisionLink^TM app, lighting channels can be set to produce unique beam- angle combinations – optimizable for many different applications over a wide range of working distances and field of view requirements.

Smart Vision Lights LW300 Linear Connect-a-Light Washdown

The LW300 series features a 100% waterproof stainless-steel enclosure specially designed for the food industry and washdown environments where water and harsh detergents are present. The LW300 features an integrated constant current driver built into the light and runs in continuous operation mode. NPN or PNP trigger signal inputs can be used to control the on/off input of the light. The intensity of the light can be controlled via 1-10VDC analog signal line or the onboard manual potentiometer. Daisy-chain up to six LW300 lights together.

Smart Vision Lights LZE300 Direct Connect Linear Light with Zones

he LZE300, a SmartVisionLink^™ enabled linear light, has similar features and functions as the LXE300, with the addition of communication with a SmartVisionLink^™ managing device, such as the BTM-1000. When the LZE300 is connected to the BTM-1000, its intensity can be fully controlled, either for the entire light or for each of the three LED zones. Individual zones may also be turned off. The standard LZE300 has a 12 LED configuration.

The LZE300 is available in three different connector options:

Direct Connect – This is the default option which allows connecting lights together with no additional cables. Lights are directly connected together, with no space between the lights. Up to six LZE300 lights can be directly connected together.
Daisy-Chain – The Daisy-Chain option allows for a locking 5PM-12 Jumper Cable to be used when connecting LZE300 lights together. Lights are able to be spaced apart from each other. Up to six LZE300 lights can be Daisy-Chained together.
Plug – If multiple units are not going to be used, a plug termination can be ordered.

The LZE300 also comes with NanoDrive technology, which enables a faster “on” and “off” compared to other technology.
