DM Optical FA Lens Series — 1″ 5MP
The DM Optical 1″ 5MP FA Lens Series is a C-mount fixed focal length lens range designed for factory automation and industrial machine vision applications. Available in focal lengths from 12.5mm to 75mm, the series is optimized for cameras with 3.45μm pixel size and up to 5MP resolution, with compatibility with sensors such as the Sony IMX264 and IMX265.
The series features a wide maximum aperture starting at F1.4 (F1.8 for the 75mm model), allowing for excellent light gathering in challenging or low-light inspection environments. From 16mm onwards, distortion is kept to <0.2% or better, with most models achieving <0.1% suitable for demanding dimensional measurement and quality control tasks. The consistent C-mount interface and shared filter sizes across most models simplify integration into existing machine vision systems.
