Smart Vision Lights ODRL300 Large Ring Light

The ODRL300 Large Ring Light Series is designed to produce a homogeneous, uniform light pattern for larger applications and longer working distances. This light operates in OverDrive^™ strobe mode. The ODRL300 runs on an industry-standard 24VDC. The 1-10VDC analog control line gives the user total control over intensity. Proper heat dissipation is achieved using the side extrusion. The 45 mm extrusion makes mounting the light easy when using drop-in T-nuts. The 5-pin M12 connector makes wiring to the light simple.

Smart Vision Lights JWL225-MD

The JWL225-MD, part of the Camera to Light (CTL) Series, is an intense light source meant to provide external illumination for machine vision cameras or smart cameras where the built-in illumination is not enough. This light can be connected directly to camera housings through optional mounting plates to illuminate areas larger than what is normally covered by the camera’s internal light source. The JWL225-MD is compatible with many machine vision cameras and can be directly connected and controlled through a camera’s trigger output.

Smart Vision Lights JWL150-MD

More light in less space
The JWL150 is an intense, compact light source to provide external illumination for machine vision cameras or smart cameras where the built-in illumination is not enough.

Camera integration
Connect the JWL150 directly to camera housings through optional mounting plates to get the light you need in a small footprint. The JWL is compatible with many machine vision cameras and can be directly connected and controlled through a camera’s trigger output.

The options you need
With a working distance from 500 mm all the way to 2000 mm, the JWL offers high intensity light even at longer distances. The built-in Multi-Drive™ driver offers both continuous operation and OverDrive mode in the same light.

Smart Vision Lights MBL Mini Backlights

The MBL Series of backlights is a mini back light with an ultra-slim design. Edge-enhancing technology is built-in to provide maximum contrast to backlit objects, providing the ability to get sharp images of round and highly reflective objects. The MBL Series is a Multi-Drive™ light capable of being adjusted remotely from a smartphone or tablet through SmartVisionLink.

MBL mini backlights provide a high density of LEDs with an active area ranging from 25 x 25 mm to 100 x 100 mm. The integrated constant current Multi-Drive™ LED driver simplifies installation and use while delivering either constant or strobe operation. And with a surface illuminance of up to 190,000 lux in continuous mode and 2,180,000 lux in OverDrive™, these are seriously bright backlights.
