The VC-16ES-S1 is a 16-channel LED light controller built for demanding machine vision and automation environments. It delivers stable constant-current control across all 16 independent channels, with high-speed strobe output up to 100 kHz and pulse current capability up to 20A  ensuring precise, consistent illumination for high-accuracy inspection tasks. A wide input voltage range of 12–48VDC, combined with fine current adjustment and support for both continuous and high-current pulse operation, gives users the flexibility to meet a broad range of lighting requirements within a single unit.

Designed for seamless integration into existing automation infrastructures, the VC-16ES-S1 supports direct synchronization with camera triggers and PLC outputs, minimizing latency and ensuring reliable timing across the inspection cycle. Dual communication interfaces via Ethernet and RS232 provide compatibility with virtually any industrial control system, making setup and ongoing operation straightforward for engineering teams.

The controller is well-suited for applications across PCB and electronics inspection, semiconductor manufacturing, medical imaging, and packaging and sorting systems industries where illumination consistency directly impacts inspection integrity and throughput. Compatible with most industrial LED lighting, it is a dependable and versatile choice for high-speed inspection lines that demand both performance and ease of integration.

The VC-08ES is an 8-channel LED light controller designed for demanding industrial vision applications. It delivers stable constant-current control with high-speed strobe output up to 100 kHz, making it well-suited for environments where consistent and precise illumination is critical. The unit supports a wide input voltage range of 12–48VDC and can output pulse current up to 20A, with continuous mode limited to 2A. Each channel operates independently, giving users fine-grained control over multiple light sources simultaneously.

The controller offers three operating modes — continuous, pulse, and switch — and accepts 8 opto-isolated trigger inputs (5–24V, common cathode) for direct synchronization with camera triggers and PLC outputs. Communication is handled via RS232 serial port and Ethernet (TCP/UDP), and the light source interface uses 5.08mm pitch terminals with four 4-pin connectors. It is compatible with most industrial LED lighting systems, making integration into existing automation setups straightforward.

Typical applications include PCB and electronics inspection, semiconductor inspection, medical imaging, and packaging and sorting systems. The VC-08ES operates in temperatures from -5°C to 50°C and humidity up to 85% RH (non-condensing), and has a compact footprint of 215 × 58 × 53 mm.

  • 2 channels of independent control
  • Extremely fast, stable light output
  • Safe overdrive limits
  • Specifically designed for OLED lighting
  • Compatible with CCS OLED panels
  • Gardasoft triniti Ethernet communications including GigEVision compatibility
  • Compatible with Gardasoft triniti utilities
