Optical calibration plates and resolution tests

An optical calibration plate is a measuring device used, for example, to calibrate an X-Y table. Using proven statistical methods, optical calibration plates are combined with image-processing cameras (CCD) and specific software, for the testing and calibration of measuring instruments and pick-and-place machines.
