Telecentric Lens from Vision Control

Telecentric light units are designed for use with telecentric objectives. In order to attain the highest measuring accuracies of up to 1/10 pixel repeatability in the process, the combination of telecentric light unit and telecentric objective must be optimally matched to each other. The following table assists in the selection of useful and particularly effective combinations of light unit and objective.

Note the rule: The illuminated object field should not be larger than necessary. Provided that several options are available it is best to chose the smallest type of lighting to get a bright image.
